Warranty Policy

Product Warranty
The product includes a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. It does not apply to issues caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper handling, or any unauthorized repairs.

Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice, is required to process any warranty claim.

Primary Responsibility
Warranty services are provided by the principal supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty Invalidation
The warranty is void if the product has been opened, serviced, or modified by unauthorized personnel. It is also void if damage results from incorrect use, poor storage, dropping, liquid exposure, or similar causes.

Exclusions
Items sold as clearance, special offers, open-box units, or pre-used products are not covered.

Shipping Costs
For warranty assessments or repair services, customers are responsible for all shipping charges to and from the UNURBAN facility in Dubai.

2. Provide Information
Have your proof of purchase ready along with a clear description of the issue you are experiencing.

3. Inspection
Our technical team will inspect the item to confirm whether the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If needed, the product may be sent to the manufacturer for further evaluation.
